Privacy Policy

Furioke is a karaoke and Japanese-lyrics study app operated by Magic Park Labs. This policy explains what data Furioke collects, how it is used and stored, and the choices you have. It applies to the Furioke website at furioke.com and the Furioke iOS app.

Google user data we access

Furioke offers “Sign in with Google” so you can create an account and sync your library across devices. When you choose to sign in with Google, Furioke requests only limited, non-sensitive scopes (openid, email, and profile) and accesses only this data from your Google Account:

• Your email address.
• Your basic profile information — name and profile picture.
• Your unique Google Account identifier, used to recognize you on return visits.

Furioke does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, YouTube account, or any other restricted or sensitive Google data. Signing in with Google is optional — you can use Furioke without an account, or sign in anonymously.

How we use Google user data

We use the Google data above solely to:

• Authenticate you and create or sign you into your Furioke account.
• Associate your saved songs and settings with your account so they sync across your devices.
• Display your name and profile picture inside the app and contact you about your account or support requests.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train, develop, or improve any generalized or AI/ML models.

How we store and share Google user data

Your account information is stored securely in our authentication and database provider, Supabase. Access is restricted so that each account can only read and write its own data.

We do not sell your Google user data or share it with third parties, except with infrastructure providers (such as Supabase) that process it on our behalf to operate Furioke, or where required by law. Furioke’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other data we handle

When you are signed out, the songs you create stay in your browser’s local storage and never leave your device. When you request translation or furigana features, the relevant lyrics text is sent to the services that generate those results. If you subscribe to Furioke Plus, payment is processed by Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS); we store only the subscription status needed to grant access, never your full payment details.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can revoke Furioke’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To delete your Furioke account along with the associated Google profile data and library, email us using the address below and we will remove it.
