Delete your account

Furioke is published by Magic Park Labs LLC. You can delete your Furioke account and everything stored with it at any time — from inside Furioke, or by writing to us.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a Furioke Plus subscription. Google, Apple, and Stripe keep billing you if you leave it running.

Cancel it where you bought it — Google Play, the App Store, or the billing portal on the web — and then delete the account.

Delete it yourself

On the web, this page is where it happens: sign in, and delete your account from right here. You confirm once, and it is erased immediately — there is no undo.

In the app, open the Settings tab and choose Delete account.

Delete by email

If you can’t reach the app, email contact@magicparklabs.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your Furioke account. We do it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, permanently and with no way to recover it:

  • Your account and the sign-in identity behind it
  • Saved songs
  • Flashcards and their review history
  • Your furigana corrections and lyric edits
  • Any linked music service (for example Spotify)
  • Your AI translation usage records
  • Your subscription records

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Aggregate counts that never contain your content or your identity — how many people use Furioke, for instance — are not attached to your account and stay as they are. Server logs may hold request metadata for up to 30 days for security and debugging, and are then discarded.
